Tui Na
Tui Na (or Tuina, pronounced "twee-nah") is a Chinese Medical Massage originating back to the Shang Dynasty 2300 BC. Tui Na utilizes a variety of unique hand techniques, including rolling, grasping, pressing, penetrating and rubbing methods to the muscles and tendons of the body.
Tui Na techniques can also produce a kinetic wave that reaches deep into the body unlike traditional massage. This powerful therapy is a comprehensive method for activating Qi and to increase the circulation of blood and remove biochemical irritants. Tui Na can also improve organ function by working specific points and channels to tonify organs.
